Coach Alex Feemster implements the latest evidence-based training methods to customize each session to your needs. Through long-term planning and implementation of proper sequencing in the establishment of mobility, stability, strength, and power, we ensure that each athlete’s performance is peaking at the time of competition.
Each athlete will be exposed to speed and agility training, plyometric training, and resistance training throughout their program. From the nationally recognized Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Coach Feemster is experienced and certified to help athletes of any age optimize their performance.
